Google Pixel Watch 2 Launch Expected with Pixel 8 Series Later This Year
Google Pixel Watch 2: Google is getting ready to introduce the Pixel Watch 2 later this year, along with the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, according to sources. The initial Pixel Watch served as the brand’s entry into the smartwatch market and was unveiled at the “Made By Google” event in October of last year.
Initially, it was hinted about during Google I/O 2022. According to rumours, Samsung’s Exynos 9110 SoC, which made its debut in 2018 with the Galaxy Watch, will power the future Pixel Watch 2.
This might prolong the device’s battery life. Additionally, Google’s new Material You design language is anticipated to be included in the Pixel Watch 2.
Google may provide an early sneak peek of the Pixel Watch 2 and Pixel 8 phones as Google I/O 2023 is scheduled to start on May 10.
The price of the original Pixel Watch was $349.99 (approximately Rs. 28,700) for the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-only variant and $399.99 (about Rs. 32,800) for the LTE model with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The 1.2-inch AMOLED touch display on the Google Pixel Watch, which runs WearOS 3.5, has an always-on mode and can be as bright as 1,000 nits.
The Exynos 9110 SoC, along with a Cortex M33 coprocessor and 2GB of RAM, powers the device. The gadget also has a heart-rate monitor and an ECG monitor.
