Superfly actor Kaalan Walker was given a 50-year to life sentence
The Los Angeles district attorney’s office stated that Kaalan Walker, who played a character in the 2018 movie “Superfly,” was sentenced on Monday to 50 years to life in state prison after being found guilty of multiple charges of rape.
On three counts of forced rape, one act of assault to cause oral copulation, two counts of statutory rape, and two counts of rape by drunkenness, a jury found the 27-year-old guilty in April.
According to NBC Los Angeles and Rolling Stone, Flier presented the accusers as liars seeking “revenge” on his client Superfly actor Kaalan Walker during the trial.
