76ers Dominate Celtics in Shocking Game 1 Victory

In the opening game of their Eastern Conference semifinal series, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Boston Celtics. Due to Joel Embiid’s inability to play due to a knee sprain, the Sixers were still able to win 119-115 thanks to James Harden’s 45 points.

Sources claim that Embiid might participate in Game 2 on Wednesday. He didn’t participate in Game 1 and hasn’t run yet. In Embiid’s place, Paul Reed scored 10 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to aid the squad in victory.

On April 20, during Game 3 of the first-round sweep of the Brooklyn Nets, Embiid suffered a knee injury. After Game 4, Rivers stated that Embiid’s readiness for the Eastern Conference semifinals was unlikely.

Prior to the semifinals, the 76ers had additional rest, but Embiid was unable to make it to the floor. However, when he hasn’t played, the team has a strong record and has won 13 of its last 18 games.
